My son was unable to attend school due to our financial situation. Help & Care enrolled him in their free education programme and today he is studying in Class 8. I cannot thank them enough for giving my child a future.

I attended the stitching and tailoring workshop organised by Help & Care. Within three months I started earning from home. This programme truly changed my life and gave me confidence to stand on my own feet.

During the free healthcare camp, doctors checked my blood pressure and diabetes for the first time in years. I had no money for a hospital visit. The team was very respectful and caring. God bless them.

When I lost my job last year, feeding my family of five was very difficult. Help & Care's ration drive provided us food for two months. That support saved us during the hardest time of our lives.
