Who We Are
Help & Care is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We were established with a deep belief that every individual - regardless of their financial background - deserves access to education, healthcare, and basic necessities.
Founded by Abdul Khan, our organisation was born from a simple but powerful observation: millions of people in our communities were being left behind. Families struggling with poverty faced a cycle that seemed impossible to break. Without education, their children had no path to better opportunities. Without healthcare, illness became a permanent burden. Without food security, survival consumed every waking thought.
Help & Care was created to address these interconnected challenges. We work at the grassroots level - partnering with local communities, dedicated volunteers, and generous donors to create real, measurable change in the lives of underprivileged families across Noida and the surrounding areas of Uttar Pradesh.
We are not just an organisation. We are a community of people who believe that compassion, when backed by action, can change lives. Every programme we run, every camp we organise, and every family we support is a step toward the India we all want to see.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower underprivileged individuals and families through free programmes that create lasting, meaningful change.
Free Education
Every child has the right to learn. We provide free school support, books, stationery, and tutoring to children from underprivileged families who cannot afford quality education. Our classes run for students from Class 5 to Class 10.
Healthcare Access
We organise regular free healthcare camps providing medical check-ups, blood pressure and diabetes screening, eye testing, and basic medicines to those who cannot afford private medical care. No fee, no registration.
Food & Ration Drive
Our monthly ration distribution ensures that no family in our reach goes hungry. Each household receives essential dry ration including rice, dal, oil, and flour. We reach over 500 families every month.
Women Empowerment
Through workshops on stitching, tailoring, legal rights awareness, financial literacy, and self-confidence, we help women from underprivileged backgrounds become self-reliant and independent.
Skill Development
We train unemployed youth in computer skills, spoken English, and vocational skills to improve their employability. Certificates are provided on completion. Seats are limited and registration is free.
Old Age Care
We regularly visit elderly residents living alone in low-income areas of Noida, distributing warm clothing, medicines, and essential items. No one should face old age without dignity and support.
Our Vision
We envision an India where no child goes without education, no family suffers from hunger, and every person lives with dignity and hope - regardless of where they were born or how much money they have.
Our long-term vision is built on four pillars:
- Equal Access: A society where basic necessities - education, healthcare, and food - are not determined by financial status but are a right for every citizen.
- Self-Sustaining Communities: Communities where people have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to support themselves and their families without dependency.
- Wider Reach: To expand our programmes beyond Noida and serve more underprivileged communities across Uttar Pradesh and India.
- Transparent Impact: To be a model NGO that is accountable, transparent, and genuinely impactful - where every donor knows exactly how their support is being used.
